How do I qualify for Casino Rewards?
All real money play on Volcanic Gold Casino is rewarded with Base Loyalty Points, and the more you play, the more Loyalty Points you will earn, and the faster you’ll reach our elite Diamond status. All of your casino Loyalty Points can be exchanged for Casino Bonus Credits which can be used to play any of your favourite online games at our Casino.
What will happen to my current Loyalty Points?
All your current Loyalty Points will be transferred over to your new loyalty account along with your current status. You will see this reflected in your account once the switch over has been completed.
What are Base Loyalty points?
Base Loyalty Points determine your loyalty status each quarter (three months) and help you to progress from Bronze to Silver, Gold, Platinum and ultimately Diamond status. Every time you play online at Volcanic Gold Casino you will receive 1 Base Loyalty Point for every R2 bet you place. Different games, however, have different reward weightings as can be seen in the Game Reward Weightings Table. The more you play, the more base points you earn.
Base loyalty points will also contribute to maintaining your loyalty level from quarter to quater. If you do not earn sufficient Loyalty Points within a quarter, you will drop down one level.
What are Bonus Loyalty points?
Volcanic Gold Casino will always recognise and reward you for your loyalty status. If you are a Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond member, your Bonus Loyalty Points will be a percentage of the actual Base Loyalty Points you have earned during the quarter. The total Bonus Loyalty Points you receive are dependent on your Loyalty status, and do not contribute to moving up the tiers or maintaining a tier.
How do I access my Loyalty account information?
On the download casino, simply, log into the Volcanic Gold software and click on the (L) in the top left hand corner. When playing on the Flash Casino, click on the (L) icon, which can be found in the right hand corner.

What happens if I don’t maintain my Loyalty level?
You have three months (a quarter) to maintain your loyalty status. During this time all your play at Volcanic Gold Casino will be rewarded with Base loyalty Points, which will help you to maintain your current loyalty level. If you do not reach the minimum maintenance Loyalty Points for the quarter, you will lose your current status and drop to the previous loyalty status tier level. Please note that Bonus Loyalty Points do not contribute to maintaining tier levels.
Can my Loyalty Points Expire?
Yes. Your Loyalty Points will expire if not redeemed within 180 days after your last date of play. You will however be given fair warning that your points are about to expire.
How do I redeem Loyalty points for Casino bonus credits?
All Loyalty Points can be redeemed for Casino Bonus Credits. Simply log onto the Volcanic Gold Online Casino software and click on the Loyalty Icon (L), which can be found in the left hand corner.
