Where is the downloaded file?
The default location is to your desktop. If you saved it somewhere else and cannot find it then simply use the Find (files or folders) Windows facility (see What do I do once the download is complete? ).

Why does my casino account appear to be locked?
There are multiple reasons why your account maybe locked namely:
1. Duplicate Real account
2. Incomplete details

How do I log in to the casino?

What is my password/account number?
