Eligibility
To be eligible for any promotion at Volcanic Gold Casino, players need to fulfill the requirements in terms of the promotional period and deposit requirements as stipulated by each promotion.

Minimum Wager Requirements
- All deposit-related Bonuses are subject to minimum wager requirements. Bonuses may not be cashed out unless wager requirements have been fulfilled.
Promotion Abuse
Non compliance with these terms and conditions shall be deemed to be 'Promotion Abuse' and as such shall give the Volcanic Gold Casino Management the right to, at its sole discretion, take the following actions against such abusers:
- All winnings on any account/s opened will be null and void and all withdrawals will be cancelled where play has been deemed abusive.
- Abusing Player accounts may be terminated with immediate effect.
- Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers at the Casino
- Information on known promotion abusers may be forwarded to Proc-Cyber-Services (PCS), our e-cash partner and may result in such players being barred from receiving bonuses at any other Casino using PCS.
Publication of Winner Details
- If, while playing at this Casino, a player wins a sum regarded by the Casino Management as worthy of publicity, the player agrees to make him/herself available for any event of such a nature arranged by the Casino. At all times, the Casino will do its utmost to protect your privacy.
- While Volcanic Gold Casino protects all personal data entrusted to it, the Casino reserves the right to use Players first names and last initial (e.g. Sarah H.) in any Casino announcement about promotion results.
Additional Terms
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Casino Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Volcanic Gold Casino management reserves the right to end or change promotional offers at any time.
- Participation in promotions is subject to acceptance of the Casino's full Terms and Conditions.
- Should players receive free money from Volcanic Gold Online Casino, the Casino Manager reserves the right to withdraw moneys not utilized after 14 days.
- Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred. If a player is not the intended e-mail recipient of an offer, the offer is null and void

- A player’s account balance consists of a cash balance and a bonus balance.
- A player’s bonus balance may not be cashed in, but can be used to place wagers.
- A player’s cash balance may be cashed in at any time, however if there is a bonus balance at the time of cashing out, this will be reset to zero, i.e. the bonus is forfeited.
- Bonus amounts credited to a player’s bonus account are subject to 30 times play through before they may be cashed in.
- Different games played may contribute a different percentage of the wager - up to 100%, towards the required play-through.
Games will contribute in the following percentages:
- As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the player’s bonus account to their cash account.
- Play-through is achieved when any real money wager is made.The player can use either their bonus or their cash account. This means that R10 of bonus credits are automatically transferred from the player’s bonus account into his cash account for every R300 play through achieved.
- For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the player’s cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the player’s bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.
- If a player makes a withdrawal, and their bonus account still has a balance, their bonus account is reset to zero. This means that if a player chooses to take back the money they deposited, they will lose any bonus money they may still have remaining in their bonus account. The player will be informed of this prior to cashing in.
- Winnings on wagers made from a player’s cash account are credited directly to their cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a player’s bonus account are credited to their bonus account.
- Where crediting a player’s bonus account with winnings would result in the bonus account exceeding the size of the original bonus amount, any excess winnings are credited to the player’s cash account.
NOTE:
This is less any automatic transfers from bonus account to cash account that had occurred.
- Wager requirements are a function of the new bonus system. There is no distinction drawn between loyalty levels within the programme resulting in wager requirements being uniform for all players.
